On March 12, the youth group of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Fourth and Pine streets, will host ballpark refreshments for the congregation following the 10:30 a.m. worship service. This is a good day for visitors to worship with the church because they really get into the baseball spirit with traditional ballpark-themed food.

At 1 p.m. March 12, St. Mary’s will host bingo in its parish center. The kitchen will open 11:30 a.m. for sit-in or take-out food.

The event is sponsored by Assembled Men of St. Mary’s.

Call 610-264-0332 for more information and cost.

Historic Catasauqua Preservation Association will present its Walking Tours for Sitters program 7 p.m. March 14 at the Biery House, 8 Race St. Relax and share your memories as we track the neighborhoods’ history from their beginnings in the 1800s to today.

Due to time constraints, the association will choose which areas to visit based on the interests of those attending.

Feel free to bring refreshments to share.

Parking is at Deily Coal Yard, 5 Union St.

For more information, call 610-231-0803.

St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 417 Howertown Road, will be holding a gift card bingo March 17. Doors open 5 p.m. There will be a tricky tray auction and 20 games, plus specials.

Food also will be available.

Purchase tickets at the church office between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. Tickets also will be available at the door.
