Coplay police responded to these and other calls recently.

APRIL 3

Officers assisted a citizen with a locked door of an apartment.

Police responded to a report of an unattended dog in a vehicle at Giant, 202 Chestnut St.

Officers assisted a citizen with investigating suspicious activity.

APRIL 4

A report of a suspicious person brought police to the Parkway parking lot, 2 Keefer St.

Officers responded to a disturbance in the 1000 block of Chestnut Street.

Police responded to a parking complaint in the 300 block of Center Street.

A report of suspicious activity brought officers to the 100 block of South Seventh Street.

Officers responded to a parking complaint in the 1100 block of Poplar Street.

APRIL 5

Police performed a security check in the unit block of North Eighth Street.

Officers assisted a citizen in the unit block of South Fourth Street.

A parking complaint brought police to the unit block of North Third Street.

Police responded to a report of a barking dog in the unit block of North Fourth Street.

Officers were called to the 200 block of North Ruch Street to investigate a motor vehicle accident.

A parking complaint brought police to the 300 block of Center Street.

Officers assisted a citizen with a family matter in the unit block of South Fourth Street.

Police assisted St. Luke’s Hospital with a citizen assist in the 200 block of North Ruch Street.

APRIL 7

Officers were called to the unit block of North Fourth Street to assist a citizen with missing garbage cans.

APRIL 8

A motor vehicle accident brought police to the 100 block of North Eighth Street.

Officers assisted a citizen in the 100 block of South Second Street.

APRIL 9

A report of a suspicious person brought police to the unit block of North Seventh Street.

Officers assisted North Catasauqua Police Department with a trespass complaint in the 1600 block of Washington Street.

Police were called to the area of North Eighth and Oak streets to check on youths.

Officers assisted the North Catasauqua Police Department for a possible burglary in progress in the 1000 block of Third Street.

Officers were called to the 1400 block of Main Street to assist the North Catasauqua Police Department with an intoxicated man.
