Gregory P. Farkas
Gregory P. Farkas, 69, of Northampton, died July 4, 2017, at Gracedale Nursing Home, Nazareth. He was the husband of Faye M. (Smith) Farkas.
Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Louis and Ella (Frantz) Farkas.
He was a 1965 graduate of Dieruff High School.
He was in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War.
He was an ad builder for 36 years for the Morning Call, from which he retired in 2008.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, William and his wife Sherry of Anniston, Ala., and Craig of Northampton; two brothers, Karl and his wife Diane and Louis; four grandchildren, Tyler, Mitchell and Tatiana Farkas and Cole Landers; and a great-granddaughter, Ella Bond.
