Catasauqua police responded to these and other calls recently.

JULY 17

Officers investigated a protection-from-abuse order in the 100 block of Limestone Street.

A domestic issue brought police to the 100 block of Limestone Street.

In the 200 block of Main Street, officers responded to a custody issue.

Police investigated the report of an unwanted person in the 800 block of Church Street.

In the 100 block of Front Street, police responded to a parking complaint.

A civil issue in the 500 block of Race Street summoned police to the scene.

In the 800 block of Bridge Street, police responded to a report of a lost dog.

JULY 18

Police sought information regarding a protection-from-abuse order in the 700 block of Front Street.

Thefts from unlocked vehicles occurred in the 500 block of Second Street, police said.

Officers investigated a report of bicycles stolen on Faith Drive.

At Candy Cane Playground, 702 Second St., a disturbance brought out police.

An investigation in continuing for a burglary that occurred in the 600 block of South 14th Street.

JULY 19

In the 200 block of Second Street, Fadi Abizeid, 52, of Allentown, was cited for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.

Police sought information at Catasauqua Area School District, 201 N. 14th St., regarding a parent without a valid license.

A dispute over driving in the 400 block of Pine Street brought out police.

An unwanted person in the 200 block of Second Street was reported to the department.

A disabled vehicle was towed on Second Street.

A reportable motor vehicle accident involving two vehicles occurred in the 900 block of Race Street.

Harassment in the 200 block of Limestone Street was reported to police.

JULY 20

On South 10th Street, police responded to a report of a lost dog.

At Catasauqua Park and Playground, 501 American St., a suspicious vehicle was reported.

Officers responded to a robbery in the 400 block of Front Street. The investigation is continuing, the department said.

In the 100 block of Limestone Street, officers assisted a citizen regarding a possible protection-from-abuse violation.

In the 300 block of Church Street, officers checked on the welfare of a dog outside.

In the 500 block of Pine Street, police responded to a report of an illegal use of a credit card.

The theft of a ladder in the 400 block of Church Street brought out police.

JULY 21

On Second Street, a traffic stop was conducted. A vehicle was towed.

At Mike’s Auto Service, 501 Front St., a civil dispute over work provided brought out police.

In the 700 block of Third Street, officers assisted Bethlehem police with the search for a vehicle.

Officers sought vehicle repossession information in the 100 block of Pine Street.

On Church Street, two vehicles were moved and one was ticketed after a parking complaint.

Members of the department checked on the welfare of a woman in the 500 block of Race Street.

On Railroad Street, a water leak brought police to the scene. The department notified public works.

In the 200 block of Limestone Street, officers responded to a report of an assault. The investigation is continuing.

JULY 22

In the 800 block of Church Street, police responded to a report of flower pots stolen.

A problem with a former tenant in the 300 block of Walnut Street brought out police.

A hit and run occurred in the 500 block of Church Street.

In the 200 block of Peach Street, officers sought information regarding property.

An investigation is continuing, the department said, for a disturbance that occurred in the 200 block of Limestone Street.

JULY 23

Officers assisted North Catasauqua police in the 1100 block of Second Street for a possible overdose.

A civil dispute over a bicycle in the 400 block of Front Street was reported.

A dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend in the 200 block of Peach Street brought out police.

In the 700 block of Second Street, a dispute between a girlfriend and boyfriend summoned officers to the scene.

Trespassing in the 200 block of Limestone Street was reported to the department. The investigation is continuing, police said.

A theft of garden ornaments in the 300 block of St. John Street was filed with the department.

On Second Street, a traffic stop was conducted.

An investigation is continuing, the department said, for a burglary that occurred in the 200 block of Limestone Street.

JULY 24

The theft of a four-wheeler in the 200 block of Second Street was reported to police.

On Polar Street, a disabled vehicle was moved from the roadway.

A forgery/counterfeiting investigation is continuing at Catasauqua High Rise, 534 Third St.

JULY 25

A juvenile was reported missing from the 300 block of Bridge Street.

In the 500 block of Fourth Street, officers investigated a theft of pills.

On Church Street, police responded to a report of a disturbance.

Officers assisted a citizen with a handicapped-parking issue in the 200 block of Church Street.

On Church Street, a wanted person from Pennsylvania State Police-Bethlehem was taken into custody.

Four no parking signs were issued in the 500 block of Fourth Street.

JULY 26

In the 100 block of Front Street, a dispute between a mother and son brought out police.

An issue between a husband and wife in the 500 block of Race Street was reported.

A theft from a vehicle in the 700 block of Second Street was filed with the department. The report said money and medication were taken.

A hit and run in the 100 block of American Street caused damaged to a parked vehicle.

An investigation is continuing for a theft that occurred in the 200 block of Second Street, police said.

At Catasauqua Park and Playground, 501 American St., a BB gun was found.
