Coplay police responded to these and other calls recently.

JULY 31

In the 200 block of Center Street, police responded to a report of a disabled vehicle.

A stolen vehicle was recovered in the 1100 block of Oak Street.

Officers conducted a welfare check in the 1200 block of Chestnut Street.

The theft of cast iron radiators in the unit block of North Eighth Street brought out police.

AUG. 1

Damage to a traffic light pole at North Second and Chestnut streets was reported.

Officers conducted a welfare check at Giant, 202 Chestnut St.

AUG. 2

A burglar alarm sounded at American Club of Coplay, 32 N. Third St.

In the 1200 block of Center Street, police responded to a report of a reckless driver.

A burglar and fire alarm sounded at Coplay Saengerbund, 205 S. Fifth St.

A disorderly group in the unit block of North Front Street was reported to the department.

Suspicious activity in the 100 block of South Second Street brought out officers.

AUG. 3

Police conducted a traffic stop at North Fourth and Chestnut streets. A warning was issued.

Members of the department were asked to check on an individual on the Coplay-Northampton Bridge.

A warrant was serviced in the 1000 block of Bernice Drive.

Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 500 block of Chestnut Street. A citation was issued.

The department received a juvenile complaint in the unit block of North Front Street.

A laptop was reported lost in the unit block of North Front Street.

AUG. 4

A fire call sounded in the 100 block of North Front Street.

Police investigated a report of phone threats in the unit block of South Third Street.

Officers conducted a welfare check in the 100 block of South Second Street.

AUG. 5

In the unit block of North Fourth Street, a neighbor complaint brought out police.

Officers assisted North Catasauqua police with a vehicle stop in the 700 block of Chapel Street.

The department received a report of runaway juveniles from the unit block of South Front Street.

A residential alarm sounded in the 1100 block of Chestnut Street.

Officers responded to a parking complaint in the 100 block of South Second Street.

Police conducted a welfare check in the unit block of South Second Street.

The department received an animal complaint of a dog running loose in the area of North Seventh and Coplay streets.

AUG. 6

Police checked on an individual in the 1200 block of Chestnut Street.

A burglary at American Club of Coplay, 32 N. Third St., was reported. An adult male was arrested.

A police escort was conducted in the unit block of Keefer Street.

In the 100 block of South Fifth Street, police responded to a complaint of trespassing. An adult male was arrested.

An assault in the 100 block of South Fifth Street was reported. An adult male was arrested.

A parking complaint at South Fifth and Center streets was filed with the department.
