Nicholas E. Yarosevich, 86, of Northampton, died Sept. 30, 2017, at Lehigh Valley Hospital Center-Cedar Crest, Allentown. He was the husband of Dorothy M. (Mall) Yarosevich for 63 years.

Born in Northampton, he was a son of the late Louis Jarosewitcz and Tekla (Kozak) Jarosewitcz.

He was a graduate of Northampton High School.

He was a truck driver and laborer for the former Bethlehem Steel Corporation for 44 years before retiring in 1988.

He was a member of Queenship of Mary Roman Catholic Church, Northampton.

He was a member, former treasurer and coach from entry level to knee-hi baseball for the Northampton Athletic Association. He was a former member of the Tuesday night men’s bowling league at Northampton Leiderkrantz for many years.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by three daughters, Susan and her husband Duane Filchner of Nazareth, Sandra A. and her husband Michael Stubits of North Catasauqua and Sheri A. and her husband Stephen Kerbacher of Northampton; seven grandchildren, Duane, Nicole, Lewis, Laura, Stefani, Taylor and Joseph; and nine great-grandchildren.

He was predeceased by two grandsons, Stephen and Scott Kerbacher.
