Northampton police responded to these and other calls recently.

OCT. 13

Two females harassing another female by phone in the 900 block of Lincoln Avenue was reported.

A reportable accident involving two vehicles in the 2500 block of Cherryville Road occurred.

OCT. 15

Criminal mischief in the 1400 block of Washington Avenue brought out police. The report said the rear windshield wiper of a legally parked vehicle was broken off.

OCT. 17

A reportable accident involving two vehicles occurred at Main and Fifth streets.

Police responded to a hit and run in the 1600 block of Lincoln Avenue. The report said the driver-side mirror of a legally parked vehicle was struck.

A hit and run occurred in the 1900 block of Main Street. The department said the driver-side mirror of a legally parked vehicle was struck. A witness observed a blue pickup truck hit the parked vehicle, according to the report.

OCT. 18

A male shoplifting at Turkey Hill Mini Market, 1060 Main St., was reported to the department.

OCT. 19

Criminal mischief in the 100 block of Michael Court was reported. The department said the plastic buckles of a hot tub cover were broken.

Police responded a domestic dispute between a male and female in the 1600 block of Newport Avenue.

OCT. 20

Officers checked on the welfare of a male in the 400 block of East 10th Street.

A theft from a vehicle occurred in the 300 block of East Fifth Street and in the 600 block of Washington Avenue. The reports said two unlocked legally parked vehicles were entered, and loose cash and change were taken.

The department received a report of a theft in the 1000 block of Main Street. Police said a cellphone was taken.

In the 300 block of East 12th Street, police responded to a report of an unlocked legally parked vehicle that was entered; a black wallet and cards were taken.

OCT. 21

Officers checked on a building in the 1700 block of Canal Street. All was secure, police said.

A theft from a vehicle occurred in the 600 block of East 10th Street. The report said an unlocked legally parked vehicle was entered, and a wristlet with money and cards were taken.

In the 500 block of Buckingham Drive, a theft from a vehicle occurred. The department said an unlocked legally parked vehicle was entered, and a wallet with money and cards were taken.

A hit and run took place in the 1700 block of Main Street. The report said the driver-side mirror of a legally parked vehicle was struck.

OCT. 22

A theft occurred in the 1700 block of Main Street. Police said a skateboard ramp was taken from a driveway. An older male with dark pants and a light shirt driving a dark pickup truck was captured on video allegedly taking the ramp and placing it into the truck.

Police conducted a protection-from-abuse service in the 100 block of East 16th Street.

At Miller’s Diner, 1205 Main St., the department received a report of a civil issue.

OCT. 23

In the 1500 block of Poplar Street, a theft occurred. The report said a black fire pit was taken from a backyard.

At Redner’s Warehouse Market, 101 Held Drive, two females were caught shoplifting. Officers responded to the call.

OCT. 24

Police responded to a report of criminal mischief at Municipal Park, Smith Lane and Lerchenmiller Drive. The report said there was damage to a sink in the men’s restroom.

At Canal Street Park, 1400 block of Canal Street, officers investigated a report of grates removed from grills.

OCT. 25

In the 2800 block of Cherryville Road, members of the department responded to a report of a domestic dispute between a male and female.

A female harassing another female online in the 1700 block of Main Street was reported to police.

OCT. 26

At CVS Pharmacy, West 21st Street, the department received a report of prescription fraud.
