Wednesday, January 10, 2018 by PAUL CMIL Special to The Press in Local News

Hanover Township announced Jan. 8 that township Manager Sandra Pudliner tendered her retirement papers. Her retirement was effective Dec. 21, 2017.

“She has served the township for 30 years as a manager,” Chairman Bruce Paulus said. “I have not known anyone else as manager since I have been on council.

“She served this township with distinction, and she will be missed,” he added.

Pudliner joined the township administration in 1981 and was promoted to manager in 1987. She also served as the township’s zoning officer.

Paulus said the township will begin a search for a replacement. In the interim, council appointed Vicky Roth as the acting manager.
