Catasauqua police responded to these and other calls recently.

MAY 17

A vehicle was stolen in the 200 block of Front Street.

Police sought vehicle repossession information in the 400 block of Race Street.

In the 300 block of School Street, a dispute occurred over a traffic incident.

Police assisted an outside agency with a report of a missing dog in the 800 block of Chapel Street.

On Race Street, police responded to a reportable motor vehicle accident.

At Catasauqua Park & Playground, 501 American St., an altercation between juveniles occurred.

A stolen vehicle was recovered in the 100 block of Bridge Street.

MAY 18

The department said a civil matter occurred in the 700 block of Third Street.

An abandoned vehicle was tagged in the 100 block of Howertown Road.

Officers assisted North Catasauqua police in the 1200 block of Fifth Street for a domestic dispute.

MAY 19

Police assisted Bethlehem officers in the 400 block of North 14th Street.

A civil matter occurred in the 700 block of Limestone Street.

In the 100 block of Howertown Road, a parked truck was damaged. Police investigated the criminal mischief report.

A 17-year-old male, of Northampton, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia during a vehicle stop on Pine Street.

MAY 20

On Railroad Street, Jared Martnick, 34, of Catasauqua, was arrested for public drunkenness.

In the 300 block of Front Street, a delivered package was stolen.

A neighbor dispute occurred at Silver Manor, 2 Front St.

MAY 21

In the 800 block of Bridge Street, police investigated a report of harassing phone calls.

Criminal mischief in the 100 block of Howertown Road was reported.

A wallet was taken from an unlocked vehicle in the 100 block of Wood Street.

An abandoned vehicle was tagged in the 100 block of Second Street.

An issue with an ex-boyfriend in the 100 block of Howertown Road was reported.

Police investigated juvenile issues on Railroad Street.

A dispute over property occurred in the 100 block of Howertown Road.

In the 500 block of Third Street, an animal complaint was referred to an animal control officer.

MAY 22

Police located lost dogs in the 500 block of Church Street but were unable to catch them.

On Covington Place, a disabled vehicle was in the roadway. It was towed.

On 10th Street, police responded to a report of two loose dogs at large.

MAY 23

At 101 Race St., an investigation is continuing for suspicious activity.

In the 700 block of Limestone Street, a possible protection-from-abuse violation occurred. The case was referred to Lehigh County authorities.

A fence was damaged in the 600 block of Bethlehem Road, police said.

Officers responded to an animal complaint in the 100 block of Wood Street.

A found dog in the 300 block of St. John Street was returned to its owner.

Tools were taken in the 400 block of Front Street.

On Race Street, police sought information regarding an animal complaint of loose dogs. The owner was warned.

No-parking signs were issued in the 100 block of Second Street.

MAY 24

In the 100 block of Walnut Street, a civil matter was referred to the magistrate.

A driveway barrier was damaged in the 200 block of Front Street, police said.

Cable wires were pulled down and moved to the side of the roadway in the 200 block of Church Street. PPL was on the scene to cut the downed wires.

MAY 25

A suspicious person in the 700 block of Second street was reported.

In the 700 block of Poplar Street, a report of a loose dog brought police to the area. The owner responded and picked up the dog.

Loose dogs in the 700 block of Second Street were reported to police. The owner was warned.

An assault in the 100 block of Front Street was reported. Police were unable to locate a victim.

MAY 26

A vehicle stop was conducted in the 200 block of Lehigh Street. A motorcycle was towed, and the driver was cited.

An animal complaint in the 600 block of South 14th Street was referred to an animal control officer.

A propane tank leaking in the 200 block of Church Street was reported to the department.

Police said subjects were warned when members of the department investigated a noise complaint.

MAY 27

On 13th Street, officers responded to a disturbance.

At Catasauqua Park & Playground, 501 American St., a pickup truck was damaged.

Officers assisted a driver of a tractor trailer in the 200 block of Lehigh Street.

Police spoke with the owner of a residence in the 700 block of Limestone Street regarding a noise complaint.

On Railroad Street, police responded to a report of fireworks.

A vehicle was ticketed on Second Street.
