Coplay police responded to these and other calls recently.

JUNE 10

A female was arrested for domestic assault in the 100 block of South Third Street.

Police investigated criminal mischief to a vehicle in the 200 block of South Fourth Street.

Harassing phone calls in the unit block of South Second Street were reported.

Officers responded to an animal complaint regarding a cat in a barn in the 3000 block of North Ruch Street.

An automatic fire alarm in the unit block of North Fourth Street brought police to the scene.

The department performed a security check in the 100 block of Chestnut Street.

Officers assisted Whitehall police with a juvenile matter in the unit block of South 12th Street.

JUNE 11

Police responded to a complaint of ATVs on the Ironton Rail Trail.

An abandoned vehicle in the 100 block of South Seventh Street was reported.

The department assisted citizens on Chestnut and South Second streets and Bernice Drive.

Officers responded to a reported road hazard in the unit block of South Eighth Street.

A lost dog in the area of Giant Food Store, 202 Chestnut St., was reported, then found.

Police investigated a report of a lost cat in the 100 block of North Ruch Street.

A barking dog in the unit block of North Front Street was reported.

A smoking PPL wire in the unit block of Magna Drive was reported to police.

Officers investigated a panic alarm in the 100 block of South Front Street.

JUNE 14

The department responded to reports of a fire pit burning too closely to a residence in the 800 block of Barbara Drive.

Police performed a security check in the 100 block of South Sixth Street.

Officers conducted a welfare check in the unit block of South Third Street.

A fight involving a large group in the 100 block of Cherry Street was investigated.
