Northampton police responded to these and other calls recently.

MARCH 27

Domestic disputes occurred between a male and a female in the 2600 block of Main Street and between two females in the 900 block of Washington Avenue.

An animal complaint — dogs barking — in the 2900 block of Center Road was investigated.

Police checked on the welfare of a male in the 2100 block of Washington Avenue.

MARCH 28

Officers checked on the welfare of residents in an apartment in the 1400 block of Washington Avenue.

A disturbance in the 600 block of Washington Avenue was reported.

In the 500 block of East 10th Street, police responded to a neighbor issue.

MARCH 29

Unattended deaths took place in the 1700 block of Newport Avenue and in the 1300 block of Vienna Street.

Disturbances were investigated in the 100 block of Held Drive and in the 900 block of East Ninth Street.

Officers checked on the welfare of a female in the 100 block of West 17th Street.

A juvenile issue was investigated in the 1500 block of Main Street.

MARCH 30

In the 1700 block of Canal Street, police were requested to check the area by the river. People were heard yelling, the report said.

Police checked on the welfare of a female at Canal and West 14th streets.

MARCH 31

A suspicious male in the 1900 block of Northampton Avenue was reported.

Members of the department checked on the welfare of males in the 500 block of Northampton Avenue and in the 2000 block of Main Street.

At CVS, West 21st Street, police investigated a report of a male shoplifting.

A neighbor complaint in the 500 block of East 20th Street was investigated.

APRIL 1

Police investigated a domestic dispute between a male and a female in the 1000 block of Main Street.

Officers checked on the welfare of females in the 1800 block of Lincoln Avenue and in the 1800 block of Newport Avenue.

A noise complaint in the 2700 block of Cherryville Road was reported.

APRIL 2

Officers investigated a disturbance in the 1700 block of Main Street and in the 2400 block of Cherryville Road.

Police checked on the welfare of males on East 10th Street and in the 1800 block of Main Street.

Suspicious activity — a male trying to open vehicle doors — in the 100 block of West 25th Street was reported.

A juvenile problem in the 300 block of East 10th Street was reported to police.
