PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Upper Macungie Township shall conduct a second public hearing on Thursday, July 12, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. in the Upper Macungie Township Building at 8330 Schantz Road, Breinigsville, PA 18031. The purpose of this hearing is to receive testimony; evidence and comment from interested parties and the public related to a proposed Amendments to the Upper Macungie Township Zoning Ordinance. The proposed amendment(s) to the Zoning Ordinance (proposed as Upper Macungie Township Ordinance No. 2018-05) amends Sections of Chapter 27 of the Codified Ordinances of Upper Macungie Township (Zoning) as hereinafter set forth. Specifically, this ordinance amends Section §27-202. Terms Defined; Section §27-306 Table of Permitted Uses by District and Section §27-403.4. Additional Requirements for Accessory Uses (Agritainment and Agritourism) all of which are fully set forth in the body of this Ordinance which is on display at Upper Macungie Township Building.
