PUBLIC NOTICE INVITATION TO BID LOWER MACUNGIE TOWNSHIP, TOWNSHIP OF SALISBURY, UPPER MACUNGIE TOWNSHIP AND COPLAY-WHITEHALL SEWER AUTHORITY LEHIGH COUNTY, PA Lower Macungie Township, Township of Salisbury, Upper Macungie Township and the Coplay-Whitehall Sewer Authority (collectively individual Owners) will jointly receive sealed bids for the rehabilitation of approximately 33,045 linear feet of 8-inch through 18-inch sanitary sewer main via cured-in-place pipe lining. Volunteer Emergency Management Coordinator The Heidelberg Township and Lynn Township Boards of Supervisors are seeking a joint Emergency Management Coordinator to serve both townships under the guidelines of the Lynn / Heidelberg Townships Emergency Operations Plan. This is a volunteer position paying an annual stipend of $1,000 to a qualified appointee. Experience is preferred but training is available for the appropriate applicant.
