Marie A. Jusulavage, 87, of Coplay, died Jan. 9, 2013, in her daughter's home. She was the wife of the late Julius J. Jusulavage.
She is survived by four sons, Julius Jr., Michael, John and his wife Audrey and Gregory; a daughter, Maryann and her husband Terry Schmoyer; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a niece; and a nephew.
She was predeceased by a brother, William; and a sister, Genevieve.

Gisella "Stella" A. Wiessner, 89, formerly of Northampton, died Jan. 9, 2013, in Schuylkill Medical Center East, Pottsville. She was the wife of the late Raymond M. Wiessner.
Born in Coplay, she was a daughter of the late John and Anna (Steier) Solderitch.
She was a meat packer for the former A&B Meats, Allentown.
She was a member of Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Bath.
She is survived by two sons, Dennis E. of Mahanoy City and Thomas of Florida.; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a sister, Hilda Hanner.
Andrew M. Siska, 84, formerly of Allentown, died Jan. 9, 2013, in Northampton Village, Northampton. He was the husband of the late Bessie (Veranka) Siska for 53 years.
Born in Cementon, he was a son of the late Frank and Katarina (Konopeus) Sisla.
He was a 20-year U.S. Navy veteran and served in the Vietnam War.
He was a pipefitter for Allentown State Hospital until he retired.
He was a member of St. John's Russian Orthodox Church, Nesquehoning.
He was a life member of Egypt Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 7293 and of the American Legion.
John Oscipok, 96, a Fullerton resident for 60 years, died Jan. 13, 2013, in his home. He was the husband of the late Ann J. (Mankos) Oscipok for 61 years.
Born in Northampton, he was a son of the late Joseph and Mildred (Kunsman) Oscipok.
He attended Northampton High School.
He was in the U.S. Army World War II and was a paratrooper with the 17th Airborne Division. He was in the first group to jump into Germany. He received a Purple Heart and two Bronze Stars.
He was a turn foreman in air, water and steam for 42 years at Bethlehem Steel until he retired.
John J. Voortman Jr., 82, of Center Valley, died Jan. 14, 2013, at Lehigh Valley Hospital Center, Salisbury Township. He was the husband of Mildred M. (Handwerk) Voortman for 31 years.
Born in Upper Saucon Township, he was a son of the late John and Gertrude (Snyder) Voortman.
He worked for Mack Trucks, Allentown, for 31 years until he retired in 1986. He had a lifelong love of farming.
Barry Lee Stephen, 60, of Schnecksville, died on Jan. 14, 2013, in Palmerton Hospital.
Born March 1, 1952, in Northampton, he was the son of Alice M. (Good) Stephen, with whom he resided, and the late Ernest C. Stephen.
He attended Haven House, Allentown.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by siblings Richard A. of Bangor, Barbara A. DeFrain of Schnecksville, Janice L. Meinhart of New Tripoli, Jane M. Stephen of Allentown; several nieces and nephews.

Shirley M. Whitby, 77, of Orefield, died Jan. 9, 2013, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. She was the wife of the late Duaine Whitby.
Born in Hecktown, she was a daughter of the late William and Elsie (Dornblaser) Filchner.
She was a graduate of the Allentown Nursing School.
She worked for many years as a OB-GYN nurse at the former Allentown General Hospital until she retired.
Ruth E. Skvoretz, 91, formerly of Catasauqua, died Jan. 10, 2013, at her residence, Fellowship Manor, Whitehall. She was the wife of the late John V. Skvoretz Sr.
Born in Catasauqua, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Mary (Weaver) Heffelfinger.
She worked in the payroll department for the former Graver Tank Company, Catasauqua. She was a secretary for 16 years for the Catasauqua Area School District.
She was a member of St. Andrew's Catholic Church, North Catasauqua.
Anna P. Steinhofer, 95, formerly of Fullerton, died Jan. 6, 2013, in Sacred Heart Assisted Living, Northampton. She was the wife of the late Frank J. Steinhofer for 60 years.
Born in Stiles, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Julia (Pfeiffer) Hacker.
She was a presser for the former Clyde Shirt Company, Northampton, and the former Fuller Sportswear, Whitehall.
She was a member of St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, Whitehall.
She was a member of the Fullerton Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary.
Edward L. Schwartz, 89, of Slatington, died Jan. 8, 2013, in the Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center. He was the husband of Theresa C. (Deutsch) Schwartz for 66 years.
Born in Slatington, he was a son of the late Frank and Mary (Lagler) Schwartz.
He was in the U.S. Army in World War II and was listed for several months as missing in action in Germany. He was awarded a Purple Heart; a Good Conduct Medal; the European, African and Middle Eastern Theater Ribbon with four Bronze Stars; and the American Theater Ribbon.
He worked at 21st St. Clothing, Northampton, for many years.
