A noise complaint of a dog barking in the unit block of North Fourth Street was reported to police.

A suspicious person in the 200 block of South Second Street was reported.

Officers responded to a domestic dispute in the unit block of North Third Street.

Police assisted Northampton officers at North Second and Chestnut streets for a vehicle stop.

The department received a report of a harassing text message received in the 300 block of Peach Street.

Police responded to a situation over a custody issue in the 300 block of Peach Street.

In the 200 block of Peach Street, police investigated a report of a person being loud.

A noise complaint in the 100 block of American Street was made to the department.

Officers responded to report of an argument in the 600 block of Walnut Street.

Allen Twp.: Man dies in work accident

A 39-year-old man from Luzerne County died Dec. 9 in a work-related accident in Allen Township.

Gabriel Seeman was working with drilling equipment at a construction site along Willowbrook Road when the accident occurred.

According to the state police report, emergency crews responded to the scene about 2 p.m.

The Northampton County coroner’s office is assisting with the continuing investigation, police said.

Members of the department assisted Coplay police on North Third Street for a report of a domestic dispute.

An unwanted person in the 600 block of Limestone Street was reported to the department.

In the 1000 block of Poplar Street, a residential fire alarm sounded.

A retail theft at Giant, 202 Chestnut St., was reported to police.

Police responded to a parking complaint in the 200 block of Maple Street.

Officers conducted a vehicle stop in the 300 block of Chestnut Street. A warning was issued.

In the 100 block of Bernice Drive, police investigated a parking complaint.

In the 1200 block of Newport Avenue, a domestic dispute between a male and female occurred.

Officer Buchanan and K-9 Vito assisted Catasauqua police with a search of two males in the 500 block of Front Street.
