DEC. 11

Officers responded to a domestic offense against family in the 4100 block of Bridge Street.

Retail thefts in the 2600 block of MacArthur Road were reported.

An animal complaint on Mauch Chunk Road was received.

Police were on the scene of a drug investigation in the 1400 block of Lehnert Road.

A report of trespassing in the 300 block of Fifth Street was received.

A sex offense brought officers to the 2100 block of Lehigh Avenue.

A two-vehicle accident at Hokendauqua and South Second streets resulted in a citation for the offending driver.

Police responded to a DUI report in the 1200 block of Chestnut Street. The driver was determined to not have been under the influence.

A domestic disturbance in the 100 block of South Fourth Street brought police to the scene.

A suspicious person in the 100 block of Maple Street was reported. The person was located and found to be an employee working on a cell tower.

Police investigated an assault report in the 4700 block of Main Street.

A drug investigation brought officers to the 3800 block of Mechanicsville Road.

A report of truancy in the 3800 block of Mechanicsville Road was received.

A burglary occurred in the 3100 block of North Fifth Street.

The department responded to the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in the 1100 block of Third Street.

DEC. 4

Criminal mischief on Front Street was reported. Police said a tire was damaged.

In the 300 block of Mulberry Street, a home’s gutter and siding were damaged.

The theft of a ring in the 700 block of Fifth Street was reported to the department.

An investigation is continuing for a fight that occurred at Innovative Arts Academy Charter School, 330 Howertown Road. A 15-year-old female, of Allentown, was arrested for physical harassment and contact and disorderly conduct.

A protection-from- abuse request was made in the 2000 block of Washington Avenue.

The department received a report of public drunkenness in the 1000 block of Main Street.

In the 800 block of Main Street, a domestic dispute occurred between two females.

A hit and run occurred in the 1200 block of Main Street, police said. The report said the driver-side mirror and a front tire of a legally parked vehicle were damaged.

Police offered protection-from-abuse service in the unit block of South Second Street.

A suspicious vehicle on Arch and Limestone streets was reported.

A motor vehicle accident at Fourth and Chapel streets brought police to the scene.

A traffic stop was conducted at Front and Arch streets.

The department assisted Catasauqua police in the 600 block of Front Street.
