Teachers attend conference

Lehigh Valley Christian High School survived Hurricane Sandy relatively unscathed. Our building, on Howertown Road in Catasauqua, never lost electricity, heat or Internet service, nor was there any flooding. Some of the aluminum facing on the front top of the building got ripped off or bent back, but that is the only damage we could find. We are very grateful.

As a result of Sandy, we had to make some calendar changes. The fall athletic awards night has been rescheduled for tonight, Thursday, Nov. 15.

The storm caused district offices and schools to close Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday last week and led to two-hour delays Thursday and Friday.
