Catty fell to Nazareth 57-36 to open the season at the Catty High School Gym in a non-league contest.

The 2012 Catasauqua Duals Wrestling Tournament took place on Saturday, Dec. 8.
Scranton took first, Pius X was second and Palmerton was third.
Catty went 3-2 in the duals. They defeated Lake Lehman 34-33 in their first match and followed that with a loss to Pius X 38-27. Catty won over Allen, 55-24 in their third match. The Roughs would then fall to eventual winner Scranton 52-18 before defeating Central in their final match, 48-22.
